Life meets its purpose through the process called change ~ Neale Donald Walsch

Well today I move house!

As much as I planned for this and indeed want to move home I am at this point having those anxious moments of asking what if!

What if I don’t like my new home as much I hoped!

or miss my friends & feel lonely!

or I miss my old life -period!

That amongst a few hundred other thoughts that have filled my mind recently. Probably just last minute nerves that will be gone as soon as I step into my new home.

I’ll let you know once I move!

Indeed as I have a fairly eventful inner life  major external events like this that I have longed for always tend to bring me great joy as they seem like Divine Markers of moving forward. And the lead up to this move has been no different in that respect. Almost like all the inner work has been done and the external change has now magically manifested! Plus this change took a bit of time coming and in many ways it’s more than just moving house-more like moving into a whole new phase of my life -my deeper Soul and the life is has been constructing for me!

Recently whilst reading Neale Donald Walshe’s book When everything changes change everything I could see this thread running through my life. The hopes and dreams associated with major change are often stronger in people when they feel it’s been self initiated too!  When it is, there is a greater feeling of working in harmony with destiny rather than being fated!    Almost like we can claim to be the architect of it rather than the recipient or victim of enforced changes.  I don’t believe anyone likes  changes imposed upon them and yet it all boils down to the same thing at the deeper soul level.  It’s just our perception of it that needs to shift from one of  “Why me” to “Let ‘s face this new change with curiousity and explore what good thing it is pointing out!” And that’s what I help people to reflect on and understand more within their daily life. It is a subject very close to my own heart! Somewhere inside or related to your Soul, change was required to move you into a new level of your life purpose.

One of my current clients has been facing  great changes in her sense of identity rather than her environment and this has brought her to the same place of questioning her purpose. Major change aways brings up these questions; how much of your life is within your control and how much do you have to trust is unfolding with Divine right timing!  Working with her and her astrology chart helped to show her exactly what was going on in her inner World at the deeply unconscious level and thus she was able to move to a new level of acceptance and peace! That is what working with your Soul is all about! Of course sometimes it necessitates changing course so it is NOT a passive exercise. In fact working with your Soul will  always demand action as well as reflection!

So all change makes you question deeper issues and whether you feel you are on the right path. If you’re feeling positive about life changes and that you cope then congratulations. I say that because, this will undoubtedly in future times be noted as a time of instability and planetary changes! (I won’t go into detail here as I’ve written about the great changes going on celestially in other posts!) And yet it affords great possibilities for us all to change our life and  turn any perceived crisis into opportunity!  Being able to cope with and embrace change is a strength and something you can learn to enjoy despite the bumpy moments and uncertainty of where it is taking you. Ultimately your Soul has a plan and purpose for your life and everything that happens will in some way fulfil that. The mosaic of life requires you to play your role in the greater Divine plan for humanity. We are all ONE!

The Soul builds a cocoon where it will die; for the caterpillar has no choice but to spin a new cocoon and become a butterfly. It is Destiny. The same is true for the Soul. The cocoon experience is the Archetype of death and rebirth- being re-born into a new level of identity.
