Spiritual notes to Self

Just a very quick update from my last blog piece.

If you’re keeping up then you will know I am in the midst of big changes symbolised by my house move and a sense of Destiny calling me to where I need to be going. Divine mystery indeed! Don’t you just love Divine paradox ; that we can be on the path and trust that we are creating the path and purpose as it unfolds from deep within us too!

Tomorrow I go to St Andrews-or at least close enough -to work on my Spiritual memoir. This is a Spiritual autobiography based on God’s actions on my life and how they have brought me to where I am today! Funny how life can take you full circle. I lived near St Andrews in 1983 and this feels like a cycle of closure and illumination now!

Spiritual autobiography was made famous by Ignatius Loyola and detailed as Spiritual exercises. This is a method of  journalling that can open up a new path and illuminate those pivotal moments that shift your life from Fate to Destiny. Perhaps the most famous one of current times is Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert! Well worth a read too!

All very exciting as I love to explore the inner World and landscapes whilst comparing notes with others on a similar path! And the weather forecast is that it will be glorious. June in Scotland is wonderful !  Feeling truly blessed by the Divine right now-Divine ecstasy!

I’ll keep you updated as we progress. For now have a great weekend-what’s left of it.
